This book has a few real life stories about social interaction and people that will make you a better social player. Even as an introvert, you can become an expert communicator.
2. How to Stop Worrying and Start Living - As a title suggests, this book by Dale Carnegie will help you overcome worries in daily living, unlike How to win friends and influence people. This book will give you lessons about how to overcome worries, which otherwise can lead to depression. My favourite lesson from this book is how to visualise the worst case scenario, then take the action to tackle that worst scenario.
3. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck - This is the most philosophical book that will teach you how to tackle most f..cked about things lightly. not give that thing so much importance. Set one particular goal and focused that goal, it will keep you away from negativity. If someone hurts you in any manner, make sure you punish him appropriately, but once you punish him/her forgot about this incidence, get busy with that world.
4. Everything Is F*cked: A Book About Hope - Well, this is part of the Subtle art of not giving F...ck series. This book will tell you everything you have worried for useless. This book will install a strong mindset inside you that human beings are weird, it's their part of the nature to f..ck things up. Once you complete the book, you will stop getting stressed about small problematic stuff in your life.

The Everyday Hero Manifesto - This is one of the best works by Author Robin Sharma in 2021. , this book discusses how Robin Sharma works hard for his fame, how power being consistent will help anyone succeed. Robin Sharma stresses more about discovering your hidden talents and living with passion.
6. Think like a Monk - Think like a Monk - This book by author Jay Shetty draws the light on the teachings of the monk he had learnt his journey. Through this book, he shares the ancient wisdom and rich experiences. “Think Like a Monk” is a book about how to overcome negative thoughts, habits, and negative self talk.
