1. I woke up around 6.30 am after completing 6-7 hours of sleep.
2. Chanting God's name for 5 minutes helps me feel a connection with God even if I feel helpless about the situation around me. This small practice helped me overcome any challenge I faced along the way.
3. Reading a Spiritual book for 10 minutes (Bhagavad Gita); this particular book helps you face challenges; if you read this book, you will realize it will answer all the questions you face in your life.
4. 20 minutes of a power walk. As I cannot join the GYM and get in shape, I make it a point to do a 20-minute power walk by burning more than 1000 calories daily.
5. Being grateful for six things in my life, I highly recommend this point to anyone who is suffering from negativity in life. By becoming thankful for small things in life, you will embrace positivity even if you are entirely negative in your life. Complaining about everything will not resolve everything, but being grateful for small things will give strength to face all the problems.
6. Praying for all the things I want and those who need help. It is called asking God for items you want and wants to change in your life. While praying to God, I pray for the well-being of relatives and friends suffering from mental health issues and friends without a job and looking for a job. I also pray to God to help me overcome all difficulties in my career.

1. Rather than waking rushed or late for something or to the instant demands of daily life, dedicating the first hour of the day to movement, mindfulness, and mastery increased my overall feelings of happiness and contentment.
2. I quickly get triggered when the thing does not go my way. Now my self-control over my mood is much better other people cannot press my buttons rapidly.
3. A sunny morning means positive personal choices.
4. After reading Bhagavad Gita, I can detach myself from the results of my work rather than worrying about the outcomes.
