Focus on something else- focus on a new task on your list. You can always come back to this task. You will feel better once you finish other tasks.

Give yourself a break: If you've been working hard for a while and have ticked off a couple of things on your list, maybe it's time for a healthy break. Breaks can be productive too. A 10-minute stretching exercise will do wonders for your body and your mind. Perhaps you can do the dishes or take a short walk.

Award yourself: Has the day been a success? Or then again, have you achieved an enormous task you've been deferring for some time? Remember to compensate yourself! This is essential, assuming you need to foster great work propensities. The prizes can be basic – eat a piece of chocolate, spoil yourself with a spa day, watch an entertaining video or text a dear companion. The significant part is to enjoy some self-care.
