6 Lessons You Can Learn From The 5 am Club by Robin Sharma

Updated: Jun 5, 2023

Is it just I or your favourite book is 5 am Club?

After going through the 5 Am club book, I am proud of being a part of the 5 am Club. I've been obsessed with being a part of 5 am for the last two years, bragging to my friends about it. I honestly credit the 5 am Club as a tool for personal success. But I've learned a lot in the last two years after implementing 5 am club teachings for the previous two years, so I thought I'd share my top 5 am club lessons with you today.

  • Enhance Your Mindset: Cultivate a positive and growth-oriented mindset to fuel your ambitions and overcome obstacles. Have faith in yourself and your abilities, even when others doubt you.

  • Cultivate Love and Kindness: Foster a genuine and compassionate attitude towards others. Practice empathy, understanding, and forgiveness to create meaningful connections and improve your relationships.

  • Prioritize Your Well-being: Take care of your physical and mental health. Make time for regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. Seek professional help if needed and engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

  • Conquer Digital Distractions: Break free from the constant pull of emails and social media. Set boundaries, establish specific time slots for checking digital platforms, and allocate focused time for important tasks and deep work.

  • Overcome Procrastination: Understand that fear of uncertainty often leads to procrastination. Embrace a fearless mindset and tackle tasks head-on. Break projects into smaller, manageable steps, set clear goals, and celebrate small victories along the way.

  • Join the 5 AM Club: Commit to waking up early and making the most of your mornings. Embrace the discipline of the 20/20/20 rule: allocate 20 minutes for reading, 20 minutes for meditation or reflection, and 20 minutes for physical exercise. Use this time to focus on personal growth and self-improvement.
