Unpopularity of Youtube Decision to Stop Dislike Count on Youtbe Videos

As mentioned in my previous blog post, Youtube has taken a stand to stop the dislike count on YouTube videos to protect the interests of small and big content creators and influencers, or the upcoming YouTube video content creators, because everyone in this world hates is not loved by the audience. The number of dislike counts goes beyond crore and million, it goes into 100 crores or 100 million, as well as the time passes new records. Many content creators have even stopped making Yoiutube videos considering the possibility of backlash from society.

Youtube Rewind has received dislike count in crore,
Youtube Rewind has received dislike count in crore,

Even Youtube own videos series of Youtube Rewind has received dislike count in crore, as shown in the screenshot below.

Now the question arises whether the public, like this, announcement or not. Let's take the example of YouTube, where the announcement has been done.

If you have a closed look, let's see what comments are like and the number of dislikes it has got from the public.

It's clear that people do not want the Youtube dislike button gone, but because they want a free flow of information. They want someone who speaks fake information or rents someone about someone in an abusive manner punished. The dislike count will send a signal to the content creator and society that his or her video was being disliked. So it's better not to create the same content.
